- Any damage to the property, furniture, décor, plants, or other belongings will be chargeable.
- Prior booking is required and subject to availability.
- Rental hours will be calculated from the scheduled start time.

- The property must be handed over in the same condition in which it was provided.
- The management reserves the right to stop any activity that may cause damage to the property.
